Sometimes it‘s the little things such as having laundry detergent as part of the amenities, or the happy hour on the roof top bar - definately recommendable! The barkeeper was super nice and pool keeps the kids entertained. The apartment has everything you need for a short term stay

This place was amazing! So clean and enough space for my family of 5 to spread out. My younger kids especially enjoyed playing with the toys that were provided. We all loved the rooftop infinity pool with a beautiful sunset view and conveniently located poolside bar.

The hotel was in a great location, just ten minute walk to The American Village. There were plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. A dedicated parking spot was provided for the days we did have a car. The rooms were spacious, bright, provided everything you could think of (except Tv programs in English :( ) and clean. The pool area was beautiful with views of the ocean over the tops of the buildings. The bar was next to the pool but far more elegant than we expected. The music was great and the selection of alcohol was more than we found in American Village. The bartender didn't speak a lot of English but enough to communicate. He was very pleasant and extremely courteous. We loved our stay there; we only wish it was longer. On a side note: The Japanese people are the nicest, most polite people we've ever met. The country is beautiful and clean. So glad we visited!

I did not see one person asking as hotel staff or running the front desk. I saw people managing the restaurant, which was not helpful for my questions during my stay.
